What is the NMRNet?

NMRNet is convolutional neural network model, which performs automated peak picking of 2D/3D protein NMR spectra. Throughout the process, the model analyses thousands of signal extrema found in ucsf file and assigns them scores (in range 0.0-1.0), which are proportional to probability that signal is a true peak rather than an artifact.

How to use the NMRNet?

  • Upload 2D or 3D NMR spectra in *.ucsf format using web form (link)
  • Wait until NMRNet server finishes data analysis
  • Access results using private link (exemplary results).
